Thursday Evenings at 6:00 PM
Please join us for mindful (Shamatha/Vipashyana) group meditation practice on Thursday evenings. We start at 6:00. Stay as long as you like. The room is available until 8:00 PM and timing is adjusted to fit everyone’s schedule. Sitting practice will alternate with optional periods of walking meditation.
Newcomers welcome!If you are new to either of these practices, instructions will gladly be provided upon request. Noble silence will be practiced throughout the session. Newcomers and experienced practitioners welcome.
