Meditation

Thursday Evenings at 6-7 PM

Please join us for group mindful meditation practice on Thursday evenings. Sitting practice will alternate with optional periods of walking meditation.

Newcomers welcome!If you are new to either of these practices, instructions will gladly be provided upon request. Noble silence will be practiced throughout the session. Newcomers and experienced practitioners welcome.
